Blazend Update 1


Apologies for lack of updates up until this point! It's been a while since we posted our demo and since have received some feedback and have been implementing changes based upon that. That being said, progress on Blazend is going very smoothly!

The screenshot for this update shows Level 5 which will have the player fly through a large space ship clearing out baddies along the way; the design for this level is inspired off Gradius and we hope that many players can catch onto this homage.

Additional changes have been made to the HUD design. Three different HUD design variations will be available; one of them being the previous minimalist HUD seen in past screenshots. The ship design has also changed but we are also debating on having two to three pilots to choose from, with their own special ship types akin to Donpachi series.

Thats all from this update. In future updates we will be looking at more variations of enemy designs as well as the power-up system and how it works. We will also be updating the logo design very soon.
